The Effects of Stress on Parenting and Related Child Outcomes in Families Living with HIV

When a parent is diagnosed with HIV, the entire family is affected in myriad ways. This training reviewed the findings of prominent national studies regarding the impacts of HIV diagnosis-related family stressors on parents and their children, and suggested interventions that may mitigate some of these effects.
