Relaxed early morning routine | Yoga | Making Buddha Bowl

In this video I take you through my relaxed early morning routine which helps me to ground and center myself for the day. With so much going on (we are in Mumbai and still under lockdown), the stress levels do go up, and hence for me doing my morning yoga or journaling truly helps. In this relaxed morning routine video I share with you my quick morning routine along with a simple buddha bowl recipe that I dished out for lunch! I like to wake up at least an hour before my partner and son wakes up to cultivate this “me time”. It truly allows me to nurture myself before I can nurture others.
