By popular demand, and with much anticipation – here’s my guide to get your spouse on board with a new feeding method – one that decreases stress and doesn’t involve restriction.

I consulted with my very stubborn and headstrong husband on this one to bring you a guide that will actually help you be successful. Every couple disagrees on things. Even my husband and I disagree sometimes when it comes to feeding, yes – even though I’m a kids dietitian.

The 5 steps in this guide will give you clarity when approaching a feeding problem with your spouse, from when to talk about it, what to say, what questions to ask, and how to collaborate to reach your common goal – improving the situation!

If your child is struggling with obsessions around certain foods like dessert or processed foods, I designed a mini course that helps you confidently stop restricting, start talking confidently and positively about these foods AND foster a positive relationship with them for your child.
