How to take care of your mental health during pregnancy

Hi everyone , I’m Dame and welcome back to our channel! This video is the start of our ‘LETS TALK’ series where i’m going to talk about topics that matter such as motherhood , parenting and wellness.

I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant and like many moms (or non-moms) I have been having a hard time dealing with my emotions during this pandemic.

Having had a long history of battling with depression, it’s hard enough having to deal with your own demons how much more when you’re also pregnant and mothering another child.

In this video, I’m sharing with you some tips that has helped me get through the really bad days. I hope you watch it until the end and share it to your friends who you think will need it the most.
