HOW I LOST 10 POUNDS IN ONE MONTH ALTERNATE DAY FASTING | Intermittent Fasting | Weight Loss Journey

After years of stress eating, I am trying to get my weight under control with an admittedly difficult way of eating. But I am tired of the yo-yo dieting and am excited for my success thus far with Intermittent Fasting! I kicked it up a notch with Alternate Day Fasting! This video takes you on my journey thus far.
