In this video I share Labor and Delivery Tips for New Dads, from a dad’s perspective. I’ll also share tips for dads during home birth. My wife is pregnant with our third child and is due in a couple weeks. I break down helpful tips for pregnancy, during labour, and after the birth. Topics like: what to think about diapers? How to deal with the new stress? How to be a supportive birth partner? What about sex after the birth? If you’re having a home birth or birth center, there will be some specifics that will be helpful. Mostly everything else will go a long way in helping you to be supportive to your partner during labour.
