No question that health tips for new dads is a serious topic. Being physically healthy is crucial for any new dad. I know there are a ton of people online that discuss fitness & nutrition. Some are good and some are not. But this is from a Dad’s point of view. You need to figure out what works for you. And for us dads we don’t have a ton of time. Luckily eating better does not take more time. It may take some strategic planning but it will not take more time! Being healthy is very important not only for yourself but for your children too. It’s important we as parents set a good example for our kids. Eating healthy is one of the best habits you can teach them!
