Here’s a way to make this classic sandwich.
Original recipe makes 1 servings
2 slices bread
2 tablespoons butter, divided
2 slices processed Cheese

Heat a small skillet to medium high heat.
Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of both bread slices, place one slice bread, buttered side down in the hot skillet.
Immediately place both cheese slices on bread, and cover with second bread slice, butter side up.
Grill until lightly browned and flip over; continue grilling until cheese is melted.
Remove from heat and let cool 1-2 minutes before serving.
