5 Ways on HOW TO RAISE YOUR VIBRATIONS During Times of Anxiety & Fear

In this video I share my Top 5 Ways to Stay SANE During these Trying Times of Fear and Anxiety. It is my mission not to succumb to the low frequencies and vibrations, but to raise my vibrations and help others raise their frequencies and fear. Faith and fear cannot exist in the same vessel, and despite it all, I HAVE FAITH THAT CHANGE IS GONNA COME! I will not lower my frequencies to cause myself more dis-ease, so these top 5 (plus 2 bonus) tips are daily practices of mine to keep my sane and grounded.

Audre Lorde said it best, “Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare.” If you have been on my channel before, you know that I advocate that your HIGHEST SELF = HIGHEST CREATIVITY. We can’t fight another day, organize, protest, or anything if we do not take care of ourself first. We cannot pour from an empty cup. We cannot fight the good fight if we don’t have the energy or capacity to. Self-Preservation is a Form of Protest. There are many ways to protest, and I am thankful for my brothers, sisters, and allies out there protesting to change the injustices of the world. I believe that I am called to speak and raise the frequencies to combat all of the negativity in the world. This video is my protest.
