In this 25 minute guided mindfulness meditation for mothers, fathers and everyone else who takes care of children, we will explore how to bring an attitude of kindness to our own inner life during or after a difficult situation. After turning towards our own emotions and holding them with compassion, we can begin a U-turn to explore how our child might have felt and what it really needs.
This meditation is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike.
